Energetic, social, happy, coy, cuddly – all these describe our precious Maggie. Maggie passed away in July 2008 due to complications during a procedure to correct a congenital heart defect. She blessed us with the most amazing 14 months of life, and instilled in us a passion to help other families with whom we share a common bond. We determined that we could keep the wonderful memories we have of Maggie alive while also giving back to the organization which helped us in our time of need.

Thus, our commitment to Children’s Heart Foundation began.

Meet Maggie

A portion of the proceeds from this golf tournament is dedicated to Maggie’s Garden, a  program located at Children’s Heart Foundation in memory of Maggie.

This magical room is for children diagnosed with a heart defect who will get to choose a toy prior to having surgery.  Your gifts assist in allowing these kids to forget, if even just for a moment, about the fears they constantly face.

It’s important for all children to laugh and play, especially those born with lifelong medical conditions.

100% of the proceeds from this event will benefit Children’s Heart Foundation.  Children’s Heart Foundation is committed to making a difference in the lives of heart families through emotional, educational and financial support to inspire a higher quality of life for all.
